On International Women's Day, progressive organizations called for A Day Without a Woman. But the effort was criticized by many – only the privileged among us would have the means to actually participate, and what impact can that really make?

In a matter of weeks we built a website and launched a campaign that encouraged women everywhere to share why they couldn't strike and give 360i employees the opportunity to attend in their place. The effort was recognized in major advertising publications and beyond.
